Strawberry Caprese Salad

Ingredients
- 1 pint Fresh Willamette Valley Strawberries
- 1 container of 1/4 Burrata
- 1 bunch of Mint or Spearmint
- 4 ozs Nonna Pia's Balsamic Glaze
Directions
Rinse Strawberries, Mint, Place Burrata in cloth towel or paper towel to soak up excess liquid.
Prepare whole strawberries, slice a portion, chop a portion
Pluck mint off of stems, mince a portion
Place all ingredients on plate, pour Balsamic Glaze over top
Finish with large flake Salt
Additional finishing options: Marigold Petals (adds a citrus component), Crushed Pistachios.
