Strawberry Caprese Salad
- 1 pint fresh strawberries
- 1 pint of minature fresh mozzerella balls, in water
- 1 bunch of mint
- 1/2 cup balsamic glaze
- 12 skewers or toothpicks
Wash and core berries. Slice miniature mozzerella balls in half. Clean mint and pat dry.
Assemble picks: strawberry, 1 leaf of mint, sliced mozzerella. Arrange picks on a platter and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
