A process that requires a light hand press of whole cluster Pinot noir to impart a slight color, this White Pinot Noir is a unique expression of the varietal. Elegant and complex, this wine offers the quintessential subtle floral bouquet of Pinot noir. Violet and ginger aromas lead into a slated mouthfeel. Building on the aromatics the smooth enveloping weight on the palate is followed by a youthful structure of integrated fruit, grapefruit, acidity and textured suede tannins.
