2011 Blanc de Blanc
Willamette Valley AVA
Méthode Champenoise process means that good things come in time. Bottle fermented and extended tirage of over three years, this wine has been in the making for nine years.
Toasty sourdough, bartlett pear and lime aromatics on the nose. Concentrated bubbles dance on the palate as flavors of cashew center, citrus and a creamy and bright finish linger.
Drink now or age for twenty years.
Fettuccine Alfredo with Pancetta
Peppered Flank Steak
Crab Stuffed Avocado
And whatever pairings you like...
